Main national accounts tax aggregates

In 2010, Ireland's main national accounts tax aggregates decreased by 6.6% compared to 2009, reaching 5.7%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 14.1%.

Ireland ranks 25th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 11.8% (from 5.1% in 2005).
