In 2025, Ireland's at-risk-of-poverty rate of households with at least one dependent child by work intensity decreased by 20.1% compared to 2024, reaching 49.2.

Ireland accounts for 68.1% of the EU-27 total of 72.2.

Ireland ranks 27th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 6.8% (from 52.8 in 2020).
