Population in private households by educational attainment level

In 2014, Italy's population in private households by educational attainment level increased by 3.0% compared to 2013, reaching 16.9%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 27.8%.

Italy ranks 26th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 16.6% (from 14.5% in 2009).
