Inability to keep home adequately warm

In 2025, Latvia's inability to keep home adequately warm decreased by 12.2% compared to 2024, reaching 4.3%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 8.8%.

Latvia ranks 18th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 28.3% (from 6.0% in 2020).
