Population structure indicators at national level

In 1982, Latvia's population structure indicators at national level decreased by 2.8% compared to 1981, reaching 20.9.

Latvia ranks 13th out of 24 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 5.0% (from 22.0 in 1977).
