Population structure indicators at national level

In 2025, Latvia's population structure indicators at national level increased by 2.7% compared to 2024, reaching 38.0.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 37.7.

Latvia ranks 9th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 8.9% (from 34.9 in 2020).
