Main national accounts tax aggregates

In 2006, Latvia's main national accounts tax aggregates increased by 4.1% compared to 2005, reaching 30.2%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 39.8%.

Latvia ranks 25th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 3.1% (from 29.3% in 2001).
