Gender gap in part-time employment

In 2019, Latvia's gender gap in part-time employment increased by 9.8% compared to 2018, reaching 4.50.

Latvia accounts for 21.0% of the EU-27 total of 21.4.

Latvia ranks 21st out of 26 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 32.4% (from 3.40 in 2014).
