Gender gap in part-time employment

In 2021, Latvia's gender gap in part-time employment increased by 18.4% compared to 2020, reaching 4.50.

Latvia accounts for 21.8% of the EU-27 total of 20.6.

Latvia ranks 19th out of 26 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 18.4% (from 3.80 in 2016).
