Gender gap in part-time employment

In 2025, Latvia's gender gap in part-time employment increased by 27.5% compared to 2024, reaching 5.10.

Latvia accounts for 25.9% of the EU-27 total of 19.7.

Latvia ranks 20th out of 26 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 34.2% (from 3.80 in 2020).
