In 2025, Latvia's at-risk-of-poverty threshold for a single household increased by 16.1% compared to 2024, reaching 10,258.

Latvia ranks 21st out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 50.8% (from 6,803 in 2020).
