In 2024, Latvia's net occupancy rate of bed-places and bedrooms in hotels and similar accommodation (NACE rev. 2, i, 55.1) (from 2012 onwards) increased by 7.0% compared to 2023, reaching 38.0.

Latvia accounts for 77.0% of the EU-27 total of 49.4.

Latvia ranks 24th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 12.2% (from 43.3 in 2019).
