Nights spent at tourist accommodation establishments

In 2001, Latvia's nights spent at tourist accommodation establishments increased by 8.9% compared to 2000, reaching 1,615,645.

Latvia ranks 24th out of 25 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 20.2% (from 1,344,429 in 1996).
