Nights spent at tourist accommodation establishments

In 2002, Latvia's nights spent at tourist accommodation establishments increased by 4.8% compared to 2001, reaching 1,692,929.

Latvia ranks 25th out of 26 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 12.4% (from 1,506,489 in 1997).
