At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex

In 2019, Lithuania's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex decreased by 10.0% compared to 2018, reaching 20.6%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 16.5%.

Lithuania ranks 6th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 7.9% (from 19.1% in 2014).
