At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex

In 2017, Lithuania's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 4.9% compared to 2016, reaching 21.4%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 16.3%.

Lithuania ranks 3rd out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 18.2% (from 18.1% in 2012).
