Population structure indicators at national level

In 2004, Lithuania's population structure indicators at national level increased by 3.2% compared to 2003, reaching 26.1.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 26.8.

Lithuania ranks 13th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 13.5% (from 23.0 in 1999).
