Gender gap in part-time employment

In 2024, Lithuania's gender gap in part-time employment decreased by 13.9% compared to 2023, reaching 3.10.

Lithuania accounts for 15.4% of the EU-27 total of 20.1.

Lithuania ranks 24th out of 25 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 3.1% (from 3.20 in 2019).
