Gender pay gap in unadjusted form

In 2021, Lithuania's gender pay gap in unadjusted form decreased by 11.4% compared to 2020, reaching 21.8.

Lithuania accounts for 88.6% of the EU-27 total of 24.6.

Lithuania ranks 14th out of 25 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 24.3% (from 28.8 in 2016).
