In 2024, Lithuania's mean age of women at childbirth and at birth of first child increased by 0.3% compared to 2023, reaching 30.5.

Lithuania accounts for 97.4% of the EU-27 total of 31.3.

Lithuania ranks 21st out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 1.7% (from 30.0 in 2019).
