Population on 1 January by age and sex

In 1974, Luxembourg's population on 1 january by age and sex increased by 1.3% compared to 1973, reaching 352,700.

Luxembourg ranks 25th out of 25 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 4.8% (from 336,500 in 1969).
