Population change - Demographic balance and crude rates at national level

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 9.2.

Malta ranks 22nd out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 13.3% (from 9.8 in 2016).
