Population structure indicators at national level

In 1987, Malta's population structure indicators at national level increased by 0.9% compared to 1986, reaching 31.9.

Malta ranks 21st out of 24 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 8.1% (from 29.5 in 1982).
