Population structure indicators at national level

In 1989, Malta's population structure indicators at national level increased by 0.9% compared to 1988, reaching 32.5.

Malta ranks 19th out of 24 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 5.5% (from 30.8 in 1984).
