Population structure indicators at national level

In 1991, Malta's population structure indicators at national level increased by 1.2% compared to 1990, reaching 33.2.

Malta ranks 20th out of 26 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 5.1% (from 31.6 in 1986).
