Population structure indicators at national level

In 1987, Malta's population structure indicators at national level increased by 1.8% compared to 1986, reaching 16.8.

Malta ranks 23rd out of 24 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 25.4% (from 13.4 in 1982).
