Population structure indicators at national level

In 1989, Malta's population structure indicators at national level increased by 1.2% compared to 1988, reaching 17.2.

Malta ranks 23rd out of 24 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 14.7% (from 15.0 in 1984).
