Population structure indicators at national level

In 1991, Malta's population structure indicators at national level increased by 1.7% compared to 1990, reaching 17.9.

Malta ranks 24th out of 26 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 8.5% (from 16.5 in 1986).
