Employment rates by educational attainment level

In 2007, Malta's employment rates by educational attainment level increased by 4.6% compared to 2006, reaching 86.8%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 84.6%.

Malta ranks 10th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 0.2% (from 86.6% in 2002).
