At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2018, Netherlands's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 0.8% compared to 2017, reaching 13.3%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 16.8%.

Netherlands ranks 21st out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 27.9% (from 10.4% in 2013).
