Population structure indicators at national level

In 2019, Netherlands's population structure indicators at national level increased by 0.2% compared to 2018, reaching 42.7.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 43.7.

Netherlands ranks 14th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 1.7% (from 42.0 in 2014).
