Population structure indicators at national level

In 2004, Netherlands's population structure indicators at national level increased by 1.4% compared to 2003, reaching 22.5.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 26.8.

Netherlands ranks 21st out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 3.2% (from 21.8 in 1999).
