In 2021, Poland's police-recorded offences by offence category increased by 10.4% compared to 2020, reaching 108,720.

Poland ranks 10th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 14.0% (from 126,392 in 2016).
