Population change - Demographic balance and crude rates at national level

In 2014, Poland's population change increased by 2.1% compared to 2013, reaching 9.9.

The figure is in line with the EU-27 average of 9.9.

Poland ranks 17th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 9.2% (from 10.9 in 2009).
