In 2018, Poland's police-recorded offences by offence category increased by 2.1% compared to 2017, reaching 69,148.

Poland ranks 6th out of 24 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 41.7% (from 118,534 in 2013).
