Government deficit/surplus, debt and associated data

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 84.1%.

Portugal ranks 3rd out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 15.1% (from 114.0% in 2011).
