Population structure indicators at national level

In 1971, Portugal's population structure indicators at national level increased by 1.0% compared to 1970, reaching 29.7.

Portugal ranks 18th out of 21 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 3.5% (from 28.7 in 1966).
