Population structure indicators at national level

In 1975, Portugal's population structure indicators at national level increased by 2.5% compared to 1974, reaching 28.6.

Portugal ranks 19th out of 22 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 2.7% (from 29.4 in 1970).
