Population structure indicators at national level

In 1977, Portugal's population structure indicators at national level decreased by 0.3% compared to 1976, reaching 29.9.

Portugal ranks 19th out of 22 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 3.5% (from 28.9 in 1972).
