Population structure indicators at national level

In 1979, Portugal's population structure indicators at national level increased by 0.7% compared to 1978, reaching 30.1.

Portugal ranks 19th out of 22 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 7.9% (from 27.9 in 1974).
