Population structure indicators at national level

In 1991, Portugal's population structure indicators at national level increased by 1.8% compared to 1990, reaching 34.5.

Portugal ranks 16th out of 26 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 8.8% (from 31.7 in 1986).
