Population structure indicators at national level

In 1993, Portugal's population structure indicators at national level increased by 1.1% compared to 1992, reaching 35.2.

Portugal ranks 16th out of 26 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 7.6% (from 32.7 in 1988).
