Population structure indicators at national level

In 1973, Portugal's population structure indicators at national level increased by 1.1% compared to 1972, reaching 18.5.

Portugal ranks 17th out of 22 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 14.2% (from 16.2 in 1968).
