Population structure indicators at national level

In 1988, Portugal's population structure indicators at national level increased by 1.9% compared to 1987, reaching 22.0.

Portugal ranks 9th out of 24 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 3.8% (from 21.2 in 1983).
