Main national accounts tax aggregates

In 2007, Romania's main national accounts tax aggregates increased by 10.0% compared to 2006, reaching 6.6%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 12.7%.

Romania ranks 25th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 13.8% (from 5.8% in 2002).
