Population structure indicators at national level

In 1977, Romania's population structure indicators at national level increased by 2.3% compared to 1976, reaching 17.6.

Romania ranks 21st out of 22 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 12.1% (from 15.7 in 1972).
