Population structure indicators at national level

In 1994, Romania's population structure indicators at national level increased by 2.6% compared to 1993, reaching 19.9.

Romania ranks 21st out of 26 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 14.4% (from 17.4 in 1989).
