Population in private households by educational attainment level

In 2008, Romania's population in private households by educational attainment level increased by 6.7% compared to 2007, reaching 12.8%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 23.1%.

Romania ranks 27th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 33.3% (from 9.6% in 2003).
