Employment rates by educational attainment level

In 2007, Romania's employment rates by educational attainment level decreased by 0.6% compared to 2006, reaching 86.9%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 84.6%.

Romania ranks 9th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 4.8% (from 82.9% in 2002).
