Nights spent at tourist accommodation establishments

In 2007, Romania's nights spent at tourist accommodation establishments increased by 8.4% compared to 2006, reaching 20,593,349.

Romania ranks 16th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 19.2% (from 17,276,804 in 2002).
